Pokemon Pearl Team Rating, please?

Alright. I want a kick butt Pokemon team. Buuut, I'm a newbie to what's good and what isn't. So if someone could rate my team for me.. That'd be aweeesome

I made this list about a year or two ago, but am just getting around to finally making it. I've noticed I have a lot of unnecessary moves, maybe one too many dragon pokemon, and a lot of adamant and jolly natured pokes. I'm taking any criticism. Harsh, soft, any. Oh, they aren't holding any items yet, as I'm not sure what I want them to hold.
